Change Boundary Lines

  1. To correct a recorded survey -
    1. Go to the Survey Correction Plat page
  2. To move a boundary -
    1. If the property is in a recorded plat or subdivision and 
      1. the lots will be kept the same size OR the change creates a permanent park or open space
        1. Go to the Administrative Plat Amendment page
      2. the lot sizes will change
        1. Go to the Common Plat Amendment page
    2. If the property is recorded in metes and bounds
      1. Go to the Boundary Line Adjustment page
  3. To add a boundary line -
    1. where one parcel becomes eight or fewer
      1. Go to the Minor Subdivision page
    2. where one parcel becomes nine or more
      1. Go to the Major Subdivision page
  4. To delete a boundary line -
    1. Go to the Lot Consolidation page
