Park County, CO – A unique opportunity for local residents to grow their own food continues this summer at the Bailey Community Gardens. Applications are now being accepted for Park County residents to reserve one of the free community garden plots for the summer.
The Bailey Community Garden, located at 83 Main Street, Bailey, CO 8042, has been a partnership between CSU Extension and Park County Government since 2022. Community gardeners care for and harvest from their own plots, or growing spaces. Gardeners may plant, grow and harvest any fresh fruits and vegetables of their choosing. Participants are asked to agree to the community garden rules.
If you’re new to gardening or want to learn more, you can ask our Master Gardeners for assistance and guidance throughout the the planting and growing season!
