Park County, CO - Park County Sheriff's office responded to an active shooter threat today at Platte Canyon High School, located at 57243 US Hwy 285, Bailey, CO 80421, that proved to be unfounded.
After the threat came in at 9:27, the school followed lock-down procedures and shortly thereafter the deputies swept the entire school. It was deemed safe and the all clear was given at 10:25 AM. Additional patrols and caution will be observed on the campus for the remainder of the day.
