Park County, CO - Due to an inordinate number of short-term rental (STR) license applications requiring processing, only completed applications will be accepted. Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected. Should your application be rejected due to incompleteness, a new application, along with a non-refundable application fee of $605, will be required for resubmission.
Please be reminded that failure to file a renewal application and fee less than 30 days prior to expiration of the existing license will result in revocation of the license. If your license sis revoked under the current ordinance, you will be required to submit a full application packet, including the application fee of $605, to reactivate it.
